DEPOSITS
Wedding DepositA non-refundable deposit equal to 1/3 of your package price is required to secure your date, with remaining balance due, including applicable sales tax, two weeks prior to your wedding date.
Senior Deposit
A non-refundable deposit equal to 1/4 of your package price is required to secure your session date, with remaining balance due, including applicable sales tax, on the day of your shoot.
Portrait Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $25 (with the exception of delivery room & baby's first year portraits, see additional information) is required to secure your session date, with remaining balance due, including applicable sales tax, on the day of your shoot.
Baby's First Year Deposit
The baby's first year package requires a non-refundable deposit of $100 with incremental package payments made at six and nine months and the remaining balance due, including applicable sales tax, at the 12 month session.
Delivery Room Deposit
A deposit of $100 is required to secure your delivery room session, with remaining balance due, including applicable sales tax, four weeks prior to your due date. (Because most births are unscheduled we will give a full refund of all payments in the event that we are unable to make it to the birth.)
TRAVEL/ON LOCATION
For sessions outside a 100 mile radius of Casper Wyoming there is a $1 per mile travel fee after the first 100 miles to and from the location. A $150 lodging fee will be added for all locations over 250 miles from Casper Wyoming.PRIVACY POLICY

Proof Books
Each book contains 4x6 proofs from your session/wedding. A proof book(s) is included with all portrait/wedding packages however the prices for additional books are listed below.

CORPORATE
We know that time is money so we've kept it simple. For corporate headshots we charge strictly by the hour for portable studio set-up, photo shoot, and post processing.
We will come to your place of business and float from office to office or we can set up our portable studio. Proofs are presented to you within 24 to 72 hours of a shoot and a CD of the photos you have selected, in both color and black & white will be in your hand within 24 hours of the final proof selection.
Other services include photo printing, canvas, framing, group photos, and scenic office photos.
PORTRAITS
Each of our portrait sessions include a free consultation where we can assist you in selecting wardrobe and a location. Our portrait sessions also include up to a 90-minute shoot and are planned around your schdule and lifestyle.
Families
During your family session photos of groups, individuals or a combination of both may be taken. This session includes a minimum of 20 proofs.
Couples
Couple sessions are great to do on location and can be planned around your schedule and lifestyle. This session includes a minimum of 20 proofs.
Teens & School Age Children
Don’t settle for the same old school pictures again this year. We can customize your teen or school age child’s session to suit their personality and schedule. There is an additional $10 session fee per additional person.
Infants & Todllers
We can help capture your child’s energy and curiosity with a custom photo session, which is always planned around your child’s schedule. There is an additional $10 session fee per additional person.
New Borns
The first two weeks of life are both exciting and exhausting. Let us help capture those precious moments within the first two weeks. This session includes a minimum of 20 proofs.
Delivery Room
The day your child is born seems to pass so quickly. We can help you capture those brief moments in the delivery room. Of course all photos are taken in black & white and with the utmost discretion for personal privacy. This session includes a minimum of 20 black & white proofs. For delivery room sessions please contact us within your seventh month of pregnancy for a consultation.
Baby's First Year
Let us capture your child's first year! This portrait package includes 5 sessions at two weeks, three, six, nine, and 12 months, one 8x10 of your favorite photo from each session, and a 20 page, 7x7 fine art book containing photos from the entire year.
DANCERS
Next to photography dancing is one of our greatest passions. With over 14 years of dance experience we bring a unique understanding to photographing dancers of all ages. Dance portraiture is one of our specialties and with our portable studio we can take portraits at your dance studio, theatre, or a location of your choice.
Classic
Our classic portraits don’t require costumes or stage make-up, just basic classroom attire. Photographed on a crisp white background your dancers will be center stage. Each dancer will participate in their own 15-minute session where we will photograph a variety of poses.
Performance
Let us take the stress out of performance time portraits. Similar to our classic option, performance portraits are taken on a crisp solid color background so that the focus is always on the dancer or group of dancers in the portrait. Using our portable studio we can take portraits during dress rehearsal and/or the performance, or we can schedule a special time for photos to be taken.
On Location
An on location photo shoot allows you to get creative! Taking a dancer out of their element and placing them in a unique location like a forest, a field of grass, or along a riverbank can create a stunning and original portrait. Like our classic option, dancers participate in their own 15-minute session where we will photograph a variety of poses. This option is not recommended for children under the age of 10.
Dance Studio Fundraiser
Doing a fundraiser for your dance studio can help offset the cost of scholarships, theatre fees, and costume purchases. We have created a unique way for you to raise funds to help with those costs. Ask us about our custom portrait calendar fundraiser where your studio can earn a 50% to 70% profit.
